PURITO Centella Green Level All in One Mild Pad-$23

This product was gifted to me from the brand to review. PURITO is a clean Kbeauty brand that is cruelty-free, vegan, and has a very low EWG rating, making it gentle enough for all skin types. What’s awesome as well is that they’re also a very affordable brand for the quality of what they sell.

Performance:

I’ve heard of PURITO, but have never tried out their products until they reached out to me. As you might know from following me on Instagram (@worthitbeautyblog), I have acne scars and am quite familiar with exfoliating products to clear pores and brighten the skin. Therefore I was excited to test this one out! I’m a loyal fan of the Neogen Gauze Pads (review here) so it would be interesting to see how it compares. In general, these PURITO pads comes with a tweezer and in general are gentler than the Neogen ones with less stinging. The embossed side of the cotton round is definitely a nice touch, but doesn’t really do much to add any physical exfoliating properties (not that I really needed it). One great things about these pads is that they don’t leave any fluffy cotton particles during application unlike using traditional cotton rounds. I only exfoliate twice a week, and even though I did enjoy this one, I tended to reach for this less opting for the strrroooonnng stuff, like my Instytutum flawless pads that I already loved so much. This does a great job to keep my pores clear and unclogged, but I don’t see as immediate brightening results as I do with the Neogen gauze pads. There’s no off-putting scent, very minimal stinging that’s not intense at all, and what’s nice is that these acids that are doing the hard work are paired with Cica, which calms and soothes the skin. Personally I wouldn’t use this as a cleanser, but I think this would be a great option as a exfoliating toner for those who have very sensitive skin.

Verdict:

Yes, so worth the price! I personally would reach for the Neogen ones because I feel like they’re stronger and have a more immediate brightening effect, but that’s just because I don’t have particularly sensitive skin. 70 pads is also pretty dang good!

PURITO is sold in a lot of Kbeauty retailers, such as Yesstyle, Beautytap, both of which do deals quite often.
