Performance:
Sterile gauze is intended to be used to assist with the skin healing process on burn victims. While their skin barrier is damaged and exposed, sterile gauze covers to prevent infection and protect the area. Here, this gauze is soaked in serum containing resveratrol, a chemical found in the skin of red grapes full of antioxidants.
After cleansing thoroughly, I began to use the pad as a mitt to gently make circular motions on my face for a good exfoliation. The scent smelled delicious, like Welch's grape juice! After a good scrub, I flip the pad over to the smooth side to sweep away dead skin cells and to just let the serum do its work. I tend to spend more time on the smooth side because I don't want to overdo it on the gauze (scrubby) side. After a minute or two, I rinse my face and my skin immediately feels tighter, smoother and brighter! I couldn't believe it. Normally, I don't see immediate results, but I definitely did with this one. I also love that I can control the amount of scrub I need/want with these dual-sided pads. The rest of my skincare routine glides on beautifully after using this!
Verdict:
So worth it! These pads have made such a difference in my skin look and texture I couldn't recommend these enough! They are effective, pleasant to use, and do last a long time since you wouldn't exfoliate everyday.
Save Some $:
Usually in this section I suggest alternatives, but to be honest...I don't have a better alternative! This is so worth your money so the only tip I have for you is to cut these pads in 2. Even half a pad is enough for my entire face, so this jar will last you twice as long!
